Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside our service area, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment instrument. Where we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Prices

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after we have confirmed your order.

Product use and safety

BHUMAE powders are single-ingredient botanical and mineral preparations. Follow the directions printed on the individual pouch. Beetroot Powder is marked for external use only.

Patch test before first use, avoid contact with eyes, keep away from children, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition or allergy, or are pregnant, consult a qualified medical practitioner before use.

Intellectual property

The BHUMAE name, logo, packaging artwork, photography and written content on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
