What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. We keep a record of what you ordered, when, and where it was sent, because we need it to fulfil the order, handle returns and meet our tax obligations.

When you browse, your bag is stored in your own browser using local storage. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us until you check out.

Payment information

We do not collect, see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net banking credentials. Payments are processed entirely by our RBI-authorised payment gateway partner, which is PCI DSS compliant. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with our payment gateway (to take payment) and our courier partner (to deliver the parcel). We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so by a court or a government authority.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are retained for the period required under Indian tax and company law. You may ask us to delete information we are not legally obliged to keep.

Your choices

Write to care@bhumaewellness.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. You can clear your bag at any time by emptying it or clearing your browser storage.
